Awards season is upon us, and everybody wants something. Bradley Cooper wants a Best Director Oscar, and he is willing to show off his model girlfriend and his six-year-old daughter to get one. Selena Gomez wants a picture with Timothée Chalamet. Margot Robbie wants to stop wearing pink, probably. Is anyone getting what they want?
Olivia Munn, at least, had a win this week: She finally made her “red carpet debut” with her partner of three-ish years, John Mulaney, and the tabloids loved it.
On Tuesday, the couple appeared together at the Academy’s Governors Awards, which Mulaney hosted. Munn posted several photos from the event, including a hotel hallway pic which she captioned “mom + dad.” Mulaney commented “❤️.” There you have it, folks. (Now that they are OFFICIAL official, can they tell us which church they met at? Yes, I still remember that line.)
Also going public-ish: Kylie Jenner and Chalamet. They didn’t walk the carpet at the Golden Globes on Sunday, but Jenner did sit with Chalamet at his table and gaze at him adoringly in front of the cameras. I think the public is starting to come around on this relationship — they’re cute! — but Chalamet’s former co-worker Gomez is apparently nonplussed.
Gomez, who has never really gotten along with the Kardashians given their loyalty to Hailey Bieber, was caught on camera Sunday talking shit about Kylie and Timmy to her one and only friend Taylor Swift (and Swift’s date for the night, the dutiful squad member Keleigh Teller). According to professional lip readers on TikTok, Gomez told Swift and Teller that she asked Chalamet for a photo and he said no. Quelle horreur!
Gomez tried to deny the whole thing on Instagram, as is her custom. “Noooooo I told Taylor about two of my friends who hooked up. Not that that’s anyone business,” she wrote in the comments section of an E! News post about the scandal. Unfortunately, the only way to shut down the story would be to post a photo of her smiling with Chalamet, and she was unable to produce one. Later, she posted that she was once again quitting social media to “focus on what really matters” alongside a video of her perfect new boyfriend Benny Blanco. But she apparently did not inform her team of this decision, because a few hours later she had to post some promo for her show about being a home cook. Ah well.
Speaking of lip reading: John Krasinski possibly asked Emily Blunt for a divorce on the Globes red carpet. Or he was just telling her he was cold. You be the judge:

Krasinski and Blunt, who have been married since 2010, are not mad about the speculation, and actually, they are laughing. “There are no issues with Emily and John. They are absolutely not talking about divorce,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly after the video went viral. “They think the rumors are funny and ridiculous.”
Okay now I’m paying attention…
