Hello and welcome to Gossip Time, a weekly guide to the stars by Allie Jones. This week: an actress goes out with her ex, an actor goes on vacation with his “casual” girlfriend, and Hilary Duff goes to the Christmas store.
Zoë Kravitz, 33, has been dating Channing Tatum, 41, for several months now. They’ve spent time together publicly in both New York and L.A., riding around on mini-bikes, eating at my favorite Mexican restaurant in Williamsburg, going to the Met Gala, etc. Just last month, they were photographed walking around an L.A. flea market with Tatum’s eight-year-old daughter, Everly, which means things must be somewhat serious. But last weekend, Kravitz was spotted with someone else: her ex-boyfriend Chris Pine.
Kravitz and Pine, 41, were photographed walking out of Sushi Park in West Hollywood together. They were wearing matching suede jackets, and they hugged goodbye. What does it mean?
The two haven’t dated, as far as we know, since 2013, but they have apparently stayed friends. Pine even attended Kravitz’s wedding to Karl Glusman (remember him?) in Paris two years ago. He brought the British actress Annabelle Wallis as his date. (Wallis, you may remember, also dated Chris Martin before he got together with Dakota Johnson.)
I believe that Pine and Wallis broke up sometime last year — they were last spotted together at an Erewhon in August 2020. Pine hasn’t publicly dated anyone since then, though he was photographed with a good, old-fashioned “mystery blonde” on a yacht off the Amalfi coast in September. And now Kravitz. So far, all of the tabloids have been quick to identify the pair as “longtime friends,” but I will be paying close attention as this story develops.
Speaking of friendly exes, Bradley Cooper, 46, and Irina Shayk, 35, have been photographed together multiple times since their getting-back-together pap stroll last month. The two were spotted taking their four-year-old daughter Lea de Seine to see the Rockettes over Thanksgiving weekend alongside Anne Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman.
And then, just in time for the Oscars campaign season, Shayk showed up to Cooper’s Nightmare Alley premiere on Wednesday. They did not take photos together on the red carpet, but Cooper told Entertainment Tonight it was “very special” to have Shayk’s support as he promoted the film. I bet!
I was thrilled to once again read the name KEELEY HAZELL in the tabloids this week. The former “Page 3 girl” and sometime companion of Jason Sudeikis was photographed on vacation with the actor in Cabo. And guess what: Hazell, 35, and Sudeikis, 46, were totally making out.
According to Page Six, Sudeikis — who as of September was insisting, through sources, that he was single — feels “safe” with Hazell. “Jason was and still is devastated over his split with Olivia [Wilde]; she’s the mother of his kids,” a source told the site. “But he has known Keeley for a long time, and he feels safe and relaxed with her. They enjoy each other’s company.”
“Keeley has really helped him through his split with Olivia,” the source added.
Another source assured People that Sudeikis is not even that interested in Hazell, despite the fact that he took her on what was probably an expensive vacation. “They're casually seeing each other again,” said the source. “It's never been a serious thing.”
Oh brother. Again, Keeley, we’re here anytime you’d like to talk.
